INTRODUCTION
TO COLFIRE'S ONLINE VEHICLE EXAMINATION &
RESTORATION SYSTEM (C.O.V.E.R.S.)
COLFIRE continues
to seek ways to provide reassurance to our
claims customers, especially during the claims
settlement process.
C.O.V.E.R.S. is
the first facility of its kind in the local
General Insurance Industry, where clients can
monitor their vehicle's repair progress at the
garage and is only available to COLFIRE clients.
With C.O.V.E.R.S., clients can observe the
repairs being carried out on their cars on a
daily basis via the Internet. Photographs of the
vehicle are taken as repairs are being carried
out; these photos are then uploaded to COLFIRE’s
website with a brief description of the repairs
undertaken along with notes from the Claims
Adjuster.
To be able to
utilize C.O.V.E.R.S., you are required to log in
using the User Name and Password assigned by the
Claims Adjuster. This will enable you to
securely access our Repair database so you can
track the progress of your vehicle at any of
COLFIRE’s Authorised Repairers or New Car
Dealership.
CRITERIA TO
QUALIFY FOR "COVERS":
Criteria for
clients to qualify are:

Clients must be
insured with COLFIRE and have Full
Comprehensive Cover

Repair time must
exceed 7 days
-
Vehicle must be
repaired at a COLFIRE authorized Garage or
New Car Dealership
